So please ensure that the information you have sent through is true and correct, and once design has been sent for confirmation, please double check all spelling and details have been entered by my correctly, once design has been confirmed as correct, I do not take any responsibility of mistakes or details overlooked.
I will only except refunds or exchanges if I myself have made an error doing completing the product. Once I have determined that I’m at fault I will replace or refund the item at my expense. Any item that has been posted out MUST be returned to me before refunded or exchanged will be granted. The cost of postage will be included in refund (to be returned standard post and I’m to sight the receipt).
