Because of the nature of customised items there will be no refunds or exchanges excepted. So please ensure that the information you have sent through is true and correct, once the item has been embroidered it cant be re-embroidered.
I will only except refunds or exchanges if I myself have made an error doing completing the item. Once I have determined that I’m at fault I will replace or refund the item at my expense. Any item that has been posted out MUST be returned to me before refunded or exchanged will be granted. The cost of postage will be included in refund (to be returned standard post and I’m to sight the receipt).
